I closed my bank acc at ABSA due to poor service but still had a vehicle financed, I went into branches numerous times to update my details as I moved a lot, they never updated any of my details. The vehicle was paid off in 2011 nobody from ABSA ever contacted me to make arrangements for the NATIS Documents. Now when I am contacting them I'm struggling to answer the security questions since ABSA in incompitant to change details in branch, and when I finally do manage to answer their questions they are unable to assist me saying their emails are not working. Can I please get copies of my NATIS documents to use until originals arrive.
