Money deducted without client being notified

I'm disgusted in ABSA H/loans & ABSA insurance! Policy nr 4052099027. For a year nothing was owed on the bond, no monies due to the bank no outstanding balance, however ABSA/Insurance decides to deduct R1700 from my bank account without discussing this with me. I'm earning a salary of R5000 pm and ABSA insurance just decided to deduct R1700 from my bank account without informing me and without speaking and confirming same with me. I called your call centre yesterday, spoken to Mokhethi and was advised that systems are down and she will call me once back on line. To date NO phone call received from ABSA! I need to know when was I telephonically informed and where I telephonically confirmed for this monies to be taken from my account. I insist on a apology letter as well as a refund for the R1700.00 which was deducted from my bank account. I was not given the option telephonically to stay with absa and I also Didn't give absa permission to deduct these monies. I don't have any money left for the month due to absa being incompetent and I insist on a refund asap. Earning a salary of R5000pm and just deducting R1700 without my permission is unacceptable and is putting me in financial difficulty
