Mr TP Nchuba policy holder at funeral policy Metropolitan life.in July 2014 i increase my parents cover on my policy and later decided to cancel those changes. I receive a letter from metropolitan dated 10 July that I if I have changed my mind I should send the letter back within 30 days and on 28 July I posted the letter back to metropolitan to cancel the changes. On 15 Aug the deduction went through by stop order, a week later I called metropolitan Tumi told me that the letter was received late so I won't be refunded and on the 09 Sept after I received my salary advice for Sept I called again because the stop order of the same amount was still on my salary advice and on Saturday 13 Sept I receive SMS that I will not be refunded. On 15 Sept I called again and I was holding for long the guy trying to get answers until my airtime was finished. I called again today 17 Sept and I couldn't get any satisfying answer again only told that the inquiry will be forwarded to Headquartors and I should call again tomorrow. Please assist me in this regard.
