Standard bank's standard is decreasing

Complaint / review text:
What more should I do or how much further should I go to get any kind of service from Standard Bank. Why does is take them more than a month to tell me why my interest rate increased with 7.1% over night, surely this is against the law. Seriously, I was promised by 2 staff members from the complaints department that a manager will call me back today and after close of business no one has contacted me, I also lodged a complaint on Hellopeter 3 weeks ago about this very same issue and still has no one taken any ownership or any kind of dedication to resolve my query or made me feel like an important client. The word is out there Standard Bank is getting worse by the day.

If this is not resolved by close of business on TUESDAY then I WILL take this matter even further.
