Complaint / review text:
I am a Standard Bank Prestige client.
I pay a premium service fee per month which is suppose to guarantee me "special VIP" service.
However, whenever you send an email to you simply don't get a response from them.
You get an automated mail to guarantee that Standard Bank will respond within 24 hours. This seldom happens.
I have logged a complaint to them on Wednesday 17 September. Today is 24 September and still no response.
The only time I get a response from them is when I log a complaint on HelloPeter. This seems to be the only way of communication to Standard Bank.
