FNB charged me 2 x R138.00 this morning for 2 debit orders that went through yesterday. They dont give me a change to transfer money to this account in order for the debit orders to reflect. This morning before i got to work, 2 x unpaid fees were charged. Why dont they give proper chance to rectify the problem? Yesterday i was sick at home and received an sms at 12 to put money in my account. I dont have internet at home and i was totally too sick to go to the bank. Thia morning when i got to work and went into my internet banking, the debit orders was written back and unpaid charges was charged. Cant FNB give at least 24hour notice or wait 24 hours before writing back the debit orders? This is pathetic. Now i have to pay the unpaid fee's plus pay my debit orders. Putting me back with more than R300 this month. Were they could just have waited 24hours and i would have transfered the money that was in my other fnb savings account into my cheque account. This is really pathetic service. How can they help you? I dont think so.
