Complaint / review text:
I lodged a claim for a windscreen replacement on the 18/08/2014, and lo and behold almost 3 weeks later and no response from Hollard. I had to do follow up and had I not my claim would have went unnoticed. I've been given the run around saying "our systems are down" numerous times and that someone should contact me but nobody has. To anyone out there looking for insurance... As soon as you hear Hollard run for your life. If their service is this shoddy for a windscreen claim you can imagine the you gonna get for anything bigger. My second run in with Hollard and lesson learnt!!!
This is my first claim on this policy in 6 years and I'm at the service or better, the lack thereof.
My best piece of advice... Stay away from hollard
