I my claim rejected the reason why they declined is still a surprise/mistry. Its not a clear and professional reason and yet they don't forget to debit my account. All I want is for them to come fetch the phone and fix it and if they cannot fix it, give me a new one. That's all. What is the reason for paying insurance ifthey provide such lousy reasons for declining. 24hours means anytime anything can happen, so saying its late its ridiculous.
