Complaint / review text:
I called finrite on the 23/09/14 enquiring about how i claim for a damaged phone, i spoke to a gentleman called Romeo or Ronald, i do not remember his name, he advised me to deposit R650 and send proof of payment to the email adress he provide, when i asked for a reference number he told me they do not generate reference numbers. I deposited R650 for access and sent proof of payment on the 30/09/14, a week later i sent a follow up email and nobody has bothered to reply to my email. On the 13/10/14, I called finrite and spoke to a gentleman called Andre and he advised that the under righters are assessing my claim and it is not guranteed that i will get a new phonewhen i asked him why was i not told about that when i called the first time he did not have an answer for me. When i asked him of the turn around time, he said its a week to 2 weeks, I told him that it is already more than 2 weeks, he said he understands and he will follow up and come back to me within 2 weeks, i asked him again of the turn around time, again he said 2 weeks, i asked him if wht he is saying makes sense as already waited more than 2 weeks for their response
