Complaint / review text:
Someone called me from 909-281-8058 in wee hours of the morning, over and over and over... I did not recognize the number and did not pick up but here are the calls from my call log to show just how invasive this company is with its marketing set-up for health insurance. The calls must automatically redial on a timed cycle, then drop into awaiting agents if the call is unanswered. Here are the times these calls came through from my phone log:
That number stopped calling then this other number began and below are the calls from my log:
12:19 I answered-told agent I already have health ins. Same number calls back:
12:49 I answer, tell them to remove my number from their call list. Call doesn't drop in so I'm in limbo with no agent. Call drops off. Calls again at:
IT is still going on...!!!
