Nedbank - Dont trust them

It is a very long story. On the 6th October I called the call centre asking them to give me banking details to have funds to be paid into my husbands credit as he has a credit card as I m the main card holder. I was given two different account numbers it took me three days to get the correct account details. I than confirm this details with your Global Trade department. I was advise to give 3 working days than to call the centre and ask than to check if the money is the Nedbank suspense account which I than done. I called your Global Trade than they confirmed with me that the funds come in that was Friday 17th October-14 and the lady I spoke to give me the rand value and asked me a few question regarding where the funds come from and what it is going to be used for I give her all So I called the Global Trade department again and spoke to lady there and explained the all situation again to her and ask her to assist me regarding this matter after explaining myself to her for the third time. Honestly speaking I lost ALL my trust in NEDBANK to lose trust in bank says a lot about the service levels. See ref given to me 1#2095232318 and 70926572. Contact me for more information
