I have settled my Standard Bank Revolving Loan on the 11th of August 2014! On September 20th Standard Bank started to deduct the debit order of R1002.00 again, and on October 20th! As I also work for a Bank, I immediately reversed the debit orders. I don't even want to know what my credit profile looks like because of these 2 debit orders that I had to reverse! Come on Standard Bank, how the can you still deduct a debit order after the account has been settled!!! I will never make use of your services again, and will never refer any clients to your Bank again!!! If this happens again in November, I will consult with the Ombudsman for Banking Services!!!
