Trying to get through the awful voice menu is an absolute nightmare. It is a never-ending line of questions that need to be answered several times over because it can never understand me. When a real person is finally reached in India, transferring to a different department will almost guaranteed drop your call.
I was trying to call about a payment that was not showing up on my account. They kept transferring my call to the Smart Connect credit card department, but it failed 4 times in a row.
Paypal is a great, convenient service, but their horrible customer support in addition to the awful new interface is making me look for other solutions.
