I have had enough of Standard Bank. I expected a completely different service and product to the one I received RE: archived statements. I have been charged over R600 for a few months statements, if that's what you can call them. The customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. This is yet another issue in a long list of bad experiences with standard bank that leaves me incredibly disappointed in the service I have received. Please provide a swift resolution to the issue. I have a number of Standard Bank products and will be cancelling all of them very soon, pending the outcome of this complaint. Standard Bank is, what more can I say, very much below standard.
