Complaint / review text:
I checked my bank account to make a mortgage transfer only to realise that 3 separate debit payments of £74.66 were made which totals £223.98 to CCBill.com. I barely had enough money to cover the mortgage.
I've never subscribed to any services offered by CCBill and had never heard of them before but they had my card details. I googled them and saw that they offer secure credit card services for online payments etc, pretty much to protect consumers from getting ripped off. Wolves in sheeps clothing.
I wrote complaining and requested a refund from them but have heard nothing back yet. Does anyone know who they're regulated by?
