I bought a Motomia Spritzer about 2 months ago.
They advertise finance for the bike on cards that hang from the bike's handle. It took them 2 weeks to finalise a finance deal for me, consistently asking me for more documents.in the same time of applying for the bike, I applied for a Bond, that got approved in 2 days. I can't see how a R17,000 bike can take so long,
Got the bike eventually, but the choke, gears & accelerator be came loose. Sent it for its 300km service, the mechanic never completed the mechanical check form, were loose and the choke and clutch is still faulty.
I deposited R8,000 into the JD Finance account (a finance company that Motomia chose, not me). It was agreed, when the finance was initiated, If I deposit extra money into the account, the installment will decrease. Call JD Finance for a reduction in the installment - and they absolutely can't help (with bad attitudes).
I hold Motomia & JD Finance accountable for the atrocious service. JD Finance are totally unware of how to run a financial services company
