On Saturday 25-10-2014 went to nedbank westgate to query double debit on my home loan account, team leader maritjie phoned home loan department and lady sinegugu answered rudely saying they knocked off she can't help me i need to phone on Monday i tried to explain that I'm was at the bank since 10:30 at the Que and she said is not her fault and she hang up the phone without even giving me a reference for that call, i feel that was ill discipline and uncalled for they way she conducted herself towards me and if nedbank treats their clients this way i think is about time i took my service somewhere else where i can be treated like a human being and i think this lady sinegugu must be taken back to the drawing board and learn how to deal with clients...
