Complaint / review text:
I have a complaint in regards to the service I received from Miway. I joined Miway 2 months back and I was told no debit will go through until I get my car to be inspected as I explained that im not sure when I will be able to take the car there as the car was in Limpopo. I have been debited 2 times now and im not hearing anything from MIway, no one came back to me and explained why they are debiting without the car being inspected. I have been receibibg messages from Miway to notify about the storm and staff, I now took it It means I am covered and didn't bother asking about my money, now I was involved in a car accident and apparently MIway is not gonna cover because the car was not inspected, I need to understand if Miway is gonna fix my car and I contunie paying or if not I want a refund of the instalments ive paid already and a cancellation of Miway insurance. I need a manager to fix this as soon a possible.
