I have had money transfers on a few occasions and have contacted the Global dept at Nedbank to advise that a transfer was expected. Normally they take my details and give me an email contact to send the details to. This person then follows it up and calls me when the money is received. I have 30 days in which to convert the pounds into rands so they normally call me a few times to advise me off the exchange rate. I called today and was told I must just call every day to see if the money has arrived? Your service is deteriorating nedbank, pull your socks up and get rid of the shirkers!!
