While I was under debt counselling, my Standard Bank Master Card Account was paid up in May 2014. I received the settlement letters for this account however Standard Bank still listed me on ITC for an amount of R58,00 now R60,00. However small the amount is, the fact remains I am being listed for it despite the account being closed. I have sent numerous email to Standard Bank and no one is coming back to me. I have also advised Standard Bank that I have lodged a complaint with ITC and they are awaiting their response and this also have fallen on deaf ears.in this notification, I have supplied he case number and did all I could to resolve this but Standard Banks poor response or the lack of interest to resolve this is leaving a lasting bad taste and I will most definitely be spreading the experience I received so far from Standard Bank.
