Pls refer to case number 7569405. Pls note this incident occurred on the 11th Sept 2014, I reported the that occurred via an atm at Grosnor Shooping center at the Bryanston BP garage. My card was taken by the atm and a few moments later R1000.00 was removed from my account. I reported this incident and renewed my blue bean credit card. On the 17th October 2014 I was contacted for the first time after I reported the incident so The allowed time promised was exceeded without apologies. Then I was informed that it is my responsibility to safeguard Standard Banks atms and my claim was declined. How am I suppose to protect Standard Banks atms? Have you total lost your minds!!! I cannot believe this rubbish so I have already informed my entire executive network as a CFO of this incident, as well as my University network as well as the CANSA association as Standard Bank treats recovering cancer patient like they are criminals even though they did everything that was expected from then. I have converted two companies to Standard Banks Business profile and now I will become the biggest anti brand ambassador EVER!!! And I can't believe you would allow this for R1000???
