I have a number of issues: 1 my account transaction summary is not updated, i called in to query and according to your agent ALL BANKS work like this, eg i made a purchase on 29 October 2014 and according to my statement this transaction happened on the 1st November 2014.
2. Your price review comms sent out on 1/6 states that there are no service fees, yet i am being charged service fees as well as my normal monthly account fee. Your agent says these are for prepaid purchases, why does your letter not say this? 3. Due to my transactions not being updated i have no clue what is happening on my account and I have to manually keep track of purchases since my phone has been i do not receive incontact and having to log on is of no help as your system doesnt update and when it does its incorrect. 4. Account overdrawn fees of R57 charged, why would the transaction be allowed through when there are insufficient funds? Apparently you have a "floor limit" which i did not agree to, if so i would have opted for an overdraft! 5. After a salary deposit i made transactions which now reflects as a negative as your agent says i have to wait 24 hrs for funds to clear? Why does it then reflec
