Complaint / review text:
This company called 37 times today. They will not tell you the name of the company, only Insurance Enrollment. I called to ask that they not call me until after 5P.M.
Then they hung up on me. They have refused. So I started calling them back. When I asked to speak to a manager, they hang up on you.
Now when I call, someone screams in the phone, "STOP CALLING HERE!" One employee told me I must have a crappy life to keep calling them back. Another employee called me a for messing up his sales. How can they get away with this type of abuse?
No I will continue to call until someone gives me the name of your company so I can file a complaint against you. Even after "taking my name off their list" they have called me 75 times in the last 2 hours.
