Complaint / review text:
I was at Menlyn Mall FNB to deposit R9000 to my account, to avoid a huge changes from teller I decided to deposit at ATM. At the end of transaction the ATM returned an error receipt, that say transaction was unsuccessful. I request mini statement from ATM and the money was not reflecting. I freeze and panicked in front of the ATM and security called a gentleman who was busy assisting clients on the floor.
He called me into the branch to complete a non-complicated form. He told me not to worry the money will reflect in my account in 24 hours. The funds was indeed in my account the following day.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the two man who gently assisted me.
