To whom it may concern,
My late dad (SM Motsi - ID number 5702265334082) who passed away on 14 September 2014 was a policy holder of this policy and I am the premium payer.
The debit order for this policy usually goes through on 25th every month, however for this month my account was not debited. I called on 28 October 2014 and spoke to Siki who said that someone should have notified metropolitan life that I will be continuing with the premiums as the policy has been cancelled. She also said she will leave a note on this profile and I will be contacted. To date I have not been contacted.
This to me does not make sense as my late dad who was the policy holder passed away and no one told me about this and besides as a premium payer, I never indicated that I will not continue with the premiums.
Can you please process the debit order as my mother is still covered by this policy.
