Complaint / review text:
On the 31 October 2014 I completed an application for a Home Loan Access Bond. I was told that it would take up to 5 working days. Today, the 5th November I followed up with the Home Loans Call Centre, only to be told that they have not received the application and I need to contact the sales dept and redo the application!!!
It is quite frustrating to hear that as I have taken time off to walk into the branch and complete the necessary forms, only to find that staff incompetence, now requires me to redo the whole procedure, which I refuse to do!!!
I am sure it is lying around on some-one's desk in Woodmead and clearly not important enough to forward to Home-Loans Dept!!!
