Complaint / review text:
Chantelle called me with regard to an offer that was due to me,
I however indicated my needs to her which are very different to the reason for her call.
She allowed me time to explain my story to her, such that she understood my needs and managed to identify the right referral for me.
To that I'm very appreciative, as this saved me a trip to my insurance.
And that's what I call one stop service.
