R5600 refund

Complaint / review text:
I did an Internet Payment from my Nedbank Account to a wrong ABSA account (0712246057). It is now 6 weeks later and I am still waiting for the refund from ABSA. Mr Moodley from ABSA, Menlyn, confirmed that the money was paid into one of their customer's accounts and they will ask him to pay the money back.
