False accusation

I received an email from Boodle accusing me of not paying back my loan as per the agreement, yet the debt order went off from my account successfully 03 Nov 2014. This was after I emailed Boodle on 25 Oct 2014 to try make payment arrangements as I thought I would not have the funds available, to date I have not received a response. I received an email from Boodle on the 4 Nov 2014 after debt orders went off saying I have not paid, too which I responded saying that I have paid and still sent proof thereof. I requested a formal response confirming the account has been settled and an apology for the false accusation, again no response other than, "Your request has been forwarded to the relevant Department. You will receive feedback in due time. Should you require any further information, kindly contact us on 0861 Boodle (266 353) or reply to this email." IV replied and the same response is received. What is going on? When will my request be followed and feedback be received
