Complaint / review text:
I have been a gold credit card client for 7 years now. I have been offered platinum upgrades previously but have always declined due to the exorbitant costs on platinum. So I received an upgrade offer for plat cheque/credit card which seemed like a good deal. I took all the costs into consideration and accepted it. However now my credit card interest was increased by 3%! I contacted FNB card to inform and they sent it to the rate dept. My request has now been denied. The consultant did not inform me of this increase (obviously I would have declined such an offer). I want my rate reduced back to what it was. I'll take it up with the financial ombudsman if you refuse. I'll also move my home loan, two cars, Credit card, savings account, cheque account to Steve, I don't give a bleep.
