I have recently moved and I wanted to update my details.
I contacted your call centre because I was struggling online to update my details only to find that I have to go into a branch to do so.
So I knew there and then that I haven't made a mistake to have moved to FNB.
You see with FNB I don't need to go into a branch to do anything I can do it online with ease and if I struggle they contact me and resolve the issue.
It's a pity that I have been with Absa for more than 10 years and I needed to change all my banking accounts.
I just do think that you are left behind due to no new improved systems to make it more userfriendly.
