I have posted this complaint twice before, FNB reply here as if they intend to actually assist me, I then receive a single email telling me that they are looking into it and NOTHING there after! Here is my post from a couple of weeks ago!
"This is now my second complaint for this specific issue!!!
I have 2 outstanding accounts with FNB, which I am in the process of paying. The 1st is a loan which is going off my cheque account each month with no issues, the 2nd however is a smart device which is also going off my account but I am being told by the attorneys "Blake and associates" that the money they take each month is NOT being credited to my debt as FNB say they are debiting the wrong account?!!! How does that work?

NOTHING has been done about this and now Hammond Pole attorneys are handing me over???
I am paying Blake and associates already, must I pay 2 collectors for the same thing???!!!
Will be changing my bank account, as well as contacting the ombudsman if something is not done!
