Maybe i dont understand how banks work and if thats the case then people should learn to disclose every imortant information to their clients. When i was wooed by absa to convert my account to a cheque account i was told that there's a monthly subscription of R79.00. Then i decided to change my salary bank to capitec but still use my absa cheque account. September i got some money from sars paid into my absa cheque account and Absa took /- R650.00, then i thought my account is on a zero balance but i now i get messages and calls saying i owe absa R295.00 of which i dont understand how it came about, i dont wana dispute it, i made an arrangement to pay it on the 24th then i close that account.infact i want to close any account i am having with Absa. I am so disapointed and i still cant believe i owe Absa R295.00 for not using their account for this month. And that now means Absa was infact taking R295 monthly from my account without me noticing. But whatever they've taken from me i just have to applaud them and say well done Absa u won
