Try dealing with Lynette Govender and Chrisna Frylinck. I am telling you, with attitudes and poor service potrayed by these two-Outsurance will be out of business faster than they can spell the word OUT. I lodged a third party claim with OUT in September 2014. I couldn't get the claim finalised because OUT gave itself a period of 8 weeks to finalise it. Before that period, you must not expect any phone call for update or reply to e-mail or even an acknowledgement. Guess what! Its been - 3 months now, Outsurance is playing hard to get. It depends who you find on the other end of the line and what their mood is like on the day, the feedback will differ. Even if it means flouting Outsurance's policy which they proudly announced at the lodgement of the claim. I will never join outsurance and will make sure that everyone I can influence doesn't join Outsurance. How I wish I had R100K lying around so I can emulate an irate Cell C customer who recently put up a bill board about Cell C and defended court action mounted by the Cell giants. Talk about flexing your financial muscle. Luckily we have small claims court in SA. Only if aI can find a date before Christmans.
