Cheque card confusion

Complaint / review text:
My cheque card was damaged so i went to the branch to get assistance end of October, the customer service consultant helped me and told me she had ordered the card and i will receive it within 7 working days till today i have not received ant communication regarding my card, went to another branch this weekend so they could check for me what was causing the delay to my surprise i was told no card was ordered for me and that i should call the card division myself but no telephone line was available for me to make the call, i was also told i could use my own airtime to call the card division. Till today i still do not have my card and the bank does not seem to care.
