Frustrated beyond belief

On 3 November 2014 I applied for a re-advance on my home loan. What a nightmare. It is now 27 November 2014 and I've still not received the money - after the consultant indicated the application will take 5 - 10 days! I have so may reference numbers for this one application that it has become ridiculous. These people do not keep one in the loop as to what is happening on the application. Then I have to call them twice, before the application is moved a little forward to the next stage and then twice before the next stage, etc., etc. And this is even after I called their complaints department. I am so frustrated that I fee like taking my business elsewhere. But that is not possible because I would have to pay for registration of the bond again. Get your act together Standard Bank Home Loans!
