I emailed FNB over a period of a week 4 times now. Even though I get an autoresponse that I will be assisted, nothing has happened. Below is the email I sent again this morning...
PLEASE RESPOND - 4th time resending this email!
Question - why bother sending me an SMS and EMAIL about being overdrawn, and then returning the amount a few minutes later? What kind of service is that? Here is what happened. (See attached)
I paid the money in the following day, but what has happened in the past is that I paid the money in immediately once I got the SMS and even after that, the amount was returned. Almost like I had no option really.
I work in the film industry, often out the country. I know I should transfer money sooner but sometimes it slips my mind or I am not able to do it at that moment.
Please tell me how we can better use this SMS / email notification service so that it is actually beneficial to all of us...
