About 8months ago I was contacted by Nedbank's call centre offering me greenbacks and a year's free subscription to try out the service. I was told of the benefits of greenbacks and that they would send me 2 cards free of charge, and activate the service free of charge for the first year. If thereafter I thought it was beneficial, I could continue with greenbacks and pay the annual fee of R180.
I agreed to the offer, and collected my greenbacks cheque card, and greenbacks american express cheque card.
I have tried on a few occasions to go onto the nedbank greenbacks website to discover it says I am not registered for greenbacks. I called the call centre today to find out what my points status is, only to be told I am not registered for greenbacks! I have been inundated with sms's stating "you can earn double greenbacks - Remember when buying to use your Nedbank greenbacks amerixan express card and earn DOUBLE greenbacks." - however not a single transaction processed on my card has earned me a single point...
I am very annoyed about the situation. I want my points for all the swipes I have made using these cards. Come on Nedbank!!! Call ref: 71617491
