Countrywide sold my home mortgage loan to Bank of America and one or both of the lending Institutions failed to pay the property taxes out of my escrow account I did not realize that there was a lein on my property due to them not paying the taxes during the year of 2008 until I sold my house in 2012 all of my statements showed that the taxes were paid up until I was trying to close the sale of my home and was told that I had a lein placed on my property for the year indicated above in order to sale my home I had to again pay the back taxes and penalties for the year the bank claimed I didnt pay all of the statements I received prior to the year I sold my home showed where I paid the taxes which I had I never was late and I never missed a payment but I still had to pay the taxes again just to clear the title. I never received a notice from my city or county tax collectors stating that my taxes were late and all previous statements from both countrywide and bank of america always showed that the taxes were paid and I did pay out of my escrow until the closing in which all of the sudden a new statement appeared showing the tax problem which never showed up prior to closing.
Also I was supposed to get a refund of my mip premiums at the closing which I never received and my credit report sucks because of a lein report that is on it that never should have been I have tried to resolve all of these issues with bank of America and countrywide numerous times and thet keep giving me explanations that do not make sense help me somebody I also have issues with AT&T and with State Farm Insurance.
These 4 companies are unbelievable when it comes to customer service. Is there any agency that could help me I have paid a lot of money to these companies that I did not owe just because I needed my service to continue and/or I couldnt afford an attorney
