Complaint / review text:
On several noted and recorded occasions; I have traded (sold or bought) stock for my IRA with Scottrade, that was noticeably inaccurate in the recorded history showing amount sold or bought for. For example, on December 2nd, 2014, I sold a stock at 11:17: 47 at a price of $226.41 and Scottrade recorded the price as $225.9544. This has happened with just about every stock I purchased or bought. Off by a dollar or more... To my detriment.interesting enough this stock at this time or within 5 minutes of this time, did not go that low. Something doesn't smell right with this. I formally complained to Scottrade and they did nothing. I am seriously concerned and wonder what my options are. These may be nickels and dimes to them; but I didn't get into the market to LOSE money. Especially not when I don't deserve to with a set market price established. Next step... We'll see.
