Complaint / review text:
I called Nedbank with an issue where my debit orders went off and it was returned with "no funds" when there in fact was sufficient funds in my account.
I was sent from pillar to post and William (team lead in collections department) took my query without passing the buck and got it to the correct department, the call centre staff doesn't know what they are doing.
I'm pretty sure that I will be soon writting a complaint in stead of a compliment as my query is now with the party responsible and my accounts arent paid and I'm being charged interest and additional charges.
Big thank you to william - nedbank needs dedicated and passionate staff like you.
