I submitted a docters account claim on 30 September '14 for the shortfall amount of R2600. I kept getting sms's to fax the hospital and docters account which I did repeatedly, I finally gave up and send an email with scanned copies of the relevant accounts as well as the proof of fax. The only response is an automated one. I have tried several times to phone them at different times of day on the 011 Nr but I only get a message saying that the person is not available. Does this company even exist?
