In 2008 OLD Mutual submitted an IRP5 to SARS with my tax reference number. I am struggling since July to resolve the problem with SARS but they just refer me back to Old Mutual. The auditor that work with my complaint from SARS say that Old Mutual need to contact SARS and rectify the mistake. Currently I am sitting now with penalties that results in hundred thousands of rands. Can someone please contact me urgently from Old Mutual to rectify the mistake.
