Not interested in retaining loyal customers

Complaint / review text:
After 25 years of being a loyal Standard Bank customer. (Homeloan, cheque account, business acc, unit trust acc, savings and savings acc for each of my kids) It seems I no longer qualify for a homeloan for the same amount I qualified for 13 years ago, while my salary has probably doubled in the same time. The same bank I have been loyal to for 25 years has now forced me to go to another bank who were more than willing to do business with me. I suppose the right thing to do would be to take all my business there now
