In total I've been on hold for about an hour today waiting for some kind of feedback on my claim. The lack of professionalism of the people answering the Absa Insurance Line (0115018054) is astounding!
I've now sent 4 emails to various Absa email addresses in a desperate attempt to get closure but I am still waiting for a reply.
As I write this I'm on hold on a conference call with an Absa iDirect Representative who is trying to get through to Absa Insurance: 0860111555 (welcome, mam, to the Absa Client's world - the one of being on hold seemingly endlessly and listening to Absa's elevator music)
I agree with the well written HelloPeter entry: "Bambam786: Bad service from Absa Insurance" and wonder if that issue was ever resolved.
Sadly I often only get help from Absa once I make a complaint on HelloPeter (thanks HP!).
