Standard bank is the worst in customer service

I appiled for a home loan 2 weeks ago i called the first time after 7 days of my application and they told me the application was terminated because the never received supporting documents which i had faxed the same day of the application and got fax confirmation, i then did the application again and received an sms that they are working on it, no one called me ever since until this day, i have been going on the home loan system myself to check the status of the application until today when i saw that the home loan was declined based on the miscounduct of the previous bond i had in 2007, it is now 7 years back and standard bank does not want to give me a 2nd chance to have a home for my kids, no one called me to advise me that the application is declined i ahd to find that out on the notes on the intranet, as a staff member i am upset and disgusted at the way standard bank has treated the whole issue and if as a staff memeber i am treated this way i wonder then how do they treat their outside customer, i am annoyed, iiritated and fuming, i have been working for standard bank for 12 years and have been a loyal well perfoming individual, i did not expect this kind of appoling treatment
