Complaint / review text:
After the complaints I have already laid, Absa STILL take 6 days to get back to me. Matabello was of no help and was quite snotty. I am officially done with Absa, I no longer want to be a customer (after 18 years with Absa)
I will be leaving Absa this month, and want nothing more to do with Absa. Its so sad that they have no care for their long term customers. Absa: you used to be a good bank. What happened???
