My WAMU card changed to Chase my wife does all my business for me when Im at work, i work long hours my wife has always done every thing, she called them about a statement that i got and they wont even talk to her at all, my wife makes my payments for me a month ahead so we do not get behind in the payments, on 2/23/2009 she did a payment of 80.00 for marchs payment then she did a payment on march 9th 2009 for 85.00 for aprils payment,
The bill i got is for april and i already paid it on march 9th 2009. But they wont even talk to my wife at all, i have told them that she can do everything for me but they still wont talk to her at all, they told her that i have to tell them every time she calls that its ok for them to talk to me, if im at work i cant call them and i cant be home to tell them to talk to her every time she calls,
This is nuts, we gave them before her social sec number her full name and now that chase has it and not WAMU they wont talk to her at all, they even have the wrong Email and an old work number that we dont even have anymore and they wont change it. This company is really bad and needs to be held for what they are doing. I will never deal with this company again.
