Disappointed Angry Frustrated Nedbank Clients

My husband and I have been with Nedbank a long time. We have a personal banker and is part of the Private bank division. I have FULL signing power on my husbands accounts and bought houses on his name while he was not even in the country. On the 13th December I called to change our greenbacks to Makro vouchers, I received a reverence nu and were told that i will receive the voucher on my phone. A few days later after nothing happened i called again and was told that did not have my phone number. FOR EVERYTHING we do at Nedbank we use my number as my husband is out of the country a lot. It was shocking that all of a sudden they did not have my number. Again I was told that i will receive the voucher via my phone. Again a few days later after nothing happened i called and was told that they needed to speak to my husband. He was with me when I made the call the first time and NO ONE EVEN asked to speak to him. So a week later i am still without a voucher and no one from nedbank greenbacks department made an effort to call me. How is it possible that with our power of attorney I can buy a house for more than 2 million but can not change greenbacks - DOUBLE STANDARDS. Really
