I am appalled by the letter received from Miway rejecting my claim.
Your third party contractor (Tracker) accepted responsibility for the Tracking Device not being installed timeously; I spoke to Amy at Tracker who acknowledged that they were at fault for not sending someone to fit the tracker on. I do not see how I can be responsible for their lack of professionalism, when I took on the insurance I told the consultant I was going to wait for the tracking unit to be installed before taking the vehicle for inspection, if this was going to be a problem why was I not informed of this immediately. Also the prorate fee was deducted from my account immediately meaning I was covered from then not from when the vehicle went for inspection.
Also if you'll are not willing to pay for the claim why am I still being debited for a vehicle that I have reported as. Please can the November 14 debit order be refunded into my account immediately.
